Ian began their career as a Sales Representative at Hertz Equipment Rental from September 2001 to July 2003 before moving to Ohio Cat as a Sales Representative from July 2003 to January 2005. Ian then joined Team Fishel as a Project Manager from January 2005 to January 2007, where they later assumed the position of General Manager for Columbus FiberNet & Dublink Development from December 2006 to January 2012. Since January 2012, Ian has been with Waveguide Solutions LLC, starting as a Senior Project Manager and later transitioning to Director of Professional Services. Ian then became the Vice President - Corporate & Business Development before assuming their current role as Vice President and General Manager.
