Robert Lydic has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Before their time at Allegion and ISONAS, Lydic founded and served as the CEO of IP Security Reps, the world's leading manufacturers representative firm in the physical security industry. Robert successfully led the company's growth and expansion, establishing its presence in various markets across the US. Additionally, Lydic was the CEO of Layer 1 Design, a premier design and engineering consultant firm, providing services to various sectors.
Lydic's career began as a Founding Partner at Structured Innovations, where they played a vital role in growing the company into one of the most successful structured cabling rep firms in the country.
Throughout their career, Lydic has demonstrated expertise in finance, strategy, personnel management, global scalability, and revenue structures. Robert has successfully led numerous initiatives, driven significant revenue growth, and established strong partnerships in the physical security industry.
Robert Lydic attended Ohio Northern University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental Science. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Texas State University from 1997 to 1998, obtaining a Masters of Higher Education Administration with a focus on Higher Ed Administration.
