Simon Krauss is an experienced General Counsel skilled in domestic and international commercial and corporate law, specializing in areas such as licensing, cybersecurity, privacy, AI, and corporate governance. From 2000 to 2024, Simon served as Deputy General Counsel at CableLabs, providing comprehensive legal support across various transactions. Simon also held the position of General Counsel for SCTE® from 2022 to 2024, overseeing corporate governance and legal compliance. Additionally, Simon led the legal team as Vice President, General Counsel at Kyrio® from 2012 to 2024, creating the legal department during its spin-off from CableLabs.
