Mike Dalton

Mike Dalton is the Founder and Managing Director of Quixote Capital, a group that invests in and partners with small, profitable, and growing healthcare businesses.

In 2010, Mike co-founded Immediate Clinics, an Urgent Care platform later acquired by MultiCare Health System and UC Health. Mike was also part of the investment group that acquired Doctors Express, a national platform of Urgent Care clinics. Mike was also an early investor and Board Member at Docutap, a leading EMR & Practice Management SaaS company focused on the Urgent Care space.

Before entering the Urgent Care space, Mike spent 10 years with the Ensign Group & its affiliates, leading operations in post-acute care such as Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home Health & Hospice. Prior to Ensign, Mike worked at KPMG, LLP in their Healthcare Practice.

Mike graduated with Honors -- bachelor's in Accounting & Zoology from BYU and an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
