Ravi Kumar is a Partner and U.S. West Region Market Leader at Connor Group, advising companies on complex, structured transactions and getting companies public company-ready. Ravi brings 20 years of cross-functional, and multi-national Big 4 public accounting and business advisory experience, including audit, financial due diligence, and IPO and transaction advisory services. He has advised on dozens of IPOs, M&A and direct listing transactions, including multiple prominent unicorn and decacorn technology and life science clients.

Ravi is an investor and advisor to multiple early-stage companies in the healthcare, technology, and tech-enabled consumer products industries, helping them with fundraising and go-to-market activities.

Ravi is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California, a member of the AICPA, and has passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam.
