Tracy "Bud" Lawrence is an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician and expert in Emergency Medicine leadership, currently practicing at Cottage Health while also serving as a Venture Partner at Wavemaker Three-Sixty Health. Tracy founded Santa Barbara Capital Partners in 2025 to facilitate healthcare venture capital investing. With a background as the Director of Emergency Services at Tarzana Regional Medical Center and in various consulting roles, Tracy has a strong foundation in both clinical practice and healthcare innovation.
