Clement Tay is an experienced professional in venture building, growth advisory, and entrepreneurship training, currently serving as a Venture Builder at Wavemaker Impact since September 2022. With a diverse background, Clement has held positions as a Growth Advisor at Magorium Pte. Ltd. and Novocall, and as an Entrepreneurship Trainer at Reactor School. Previous roles include Head of Consumer Experience and Senior Product Manager at CARRO, Senior Manager of Incubation at SMU Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and leadership positions at Snapask, where Clement oversaw business development in Southeast Asia and led the Singapore team. Earlier experience includes consulting for Motorist.sg and founding Alkhme Marketing Consultancy Pte Ltd., as well as working in customer success and marketing at Dragon Wealth Asia.
