David Siemer

David Siemer is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment professional with extensive experience in the venture capital and financial services sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Wave Digital Assets, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm specializing in digital assets, David co-founded Wavemaker Genesis, focusing on early-stage investments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain markets. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Wavemaker Partners, David supports innovative founders in Southern California and Southeast Asia. Previously, David founded Siemer & Associates, a prominent boutique investment bank, and held key roles at Montgomery & Co and Desco Capital, managing significant venture capital investments and leading transactions with major media companies. David earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Lehigh University.
