Ron Hose

Ron Hose is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Director at UnionBank of the Philippines and a Venture Partner at Wavemaker Partners since October 2020, Ron has a background marked by successful leadership roles, including Founder and CEO of Coins.ph from 2014 to 2020, which was acquired by GoJek. Ron co-founded TokBox Inc., which was acquired by Telefónica, and held positions such as Founding Partner at Innovation Endeavors and Advisor at Zappedy, which was acquired by Groupon. Ron holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, obtained between 2004 and 2005.
