Elad Levi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and helpdesk management, currently serving at Waves Audio since June 2013. In this role, Elad manages the helpdesk and is an integral part of the system team, focusing on system and network installation, configuration, debugging, upgrades, migration, and support. Prior to Waves Audio, Elad worked as a Computer Network Administrator at Will-Networks from March 2011 to March 2013 and as a freelance PC technician at Psycom from March 2010 to March 2011. Elad holds degrees in MCSA and Windows Server 2008 Mastering from John Bryce, completed between 2012 and 2013.
