James Chang joined WaveSplitter in 2020 and is the General Manager. James has 30+ years’ experience in the Fiber Optics Communication Industry with various Technical and Senior Management Positions. Prior to joining WaveSplitter, James was CEO and Chairman of Usenlight corporation in Taiwan for 4 years. James was also Founder and CEO of Luxnet Corporation, a manufacturer of laser Diodes, photodiodes and Optical subassemblies, located in Taiwan. James began his career at HP Optoelectronics in San Jose, CA. James received his B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan and his Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from University of Texas at Austin.
