Allen Chen

Allen Chen is a Senior Consultant at Wavestone since August 2022, specializing in identity and access management (IAM) consolidation, migration, and cybersecurity program buildout for a national life science venture capital firm. Previous experience includes roles as a Consultant where Allen enhanced cyber governance for a global investment bank and conducted crisis simulations for a global energy provider. Allen also performed security audits and compliance reviews across various organizations, contributing to a holistic understanding of cybersecurity frameworks. Prior to these roles, Allen worked as a Business Analyst and interned in marketing, public relations, and innovation strategy. Allen holds a degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a high school diploma from the International School of Beijing.
