Céline Berthon is a Consultante at Wavestone since January 2018, specializing in entrepreneurship and project management. Céline has led the development of multiple social transformation initiatives and supported organizational audits and performance optimization. Notable achievements include implementing a reorganization of a DSI and creating a data culture within an organization. Prior experiences include working at OurCompany as a founding partner’s right-hand and at Nokia as a project manager for a large-scale recruitment initiative.
