David McCoy

David McCoy is a seasoned strategy and transformation leader with extensive experience in process improvement, change management, and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Wavestone, McCoy previously founded Aya Worldwide, where they implemented rural health and education programs in Ghana. They held roles such as Project Manager for LEAN Transformation at Mount Sinai Health System and Strategy Manager at Accenture, focusing on operational and process transformation. McCoy's earlier experience includes managing a food pantry and training volunteers with Public Allies, as well as developing strategies for addressing hunger at The Food Bank for New York City. They earned a Master's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
