Dr. Peter Blumer

Dr. Peter Blumer is an internationally experienced business development manager currently serving as an Account Portfolio Manager and Associate Partner at Wavestone, where they oversee key accounts and drive growth opportunities in the DACH region. Previously, Dr. Blumer held significant positions at Allianz, including Chief Product and Market Management Officer for Allianz Saudi Fransi, and Head of Future Topics and Regulatory Strategy at Allianz Deutschland. With a background in strategy and management consulting at KPMG Deutschland, they have demonstrated a commitment to digitalization and innovative business models throughout their career. Dr. Blumer holds a Doctorate in Business from Universität Augsburg and has completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s there, alongside earlier banking training.
