Ed Wells is an experienced business leader driven by creating value and making a difference. They co-founded and currently lead PEN Partnership, delivering business-led change and strategic solutions for clients, with the business being sold to Wavestone in August 2022. Ed's prior experience includes roles as an Investment Manager at Burrage & Co, a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, and a Director at Navigant, where they managed impactful projects and client relationships in the financial services sector. Ed is currently pursuing a BA (Hons) in Economics at Durham University.
