Ian Yong

Ian Yong is a Senior Consultant at Wavestone, where they focus on driving change management and advising on best practices in supply chain and operations planning. Previously, Ian served as a Consultant, contributing to various high-profile projects, including luxury fragrance replenishment and S&OP advisory initiatives. With a background as an Analyst, they developed tools in Anaplan and improved user adoption through comprehensive support. Ian’s experience also includes internships in management and ESG at companies such as Radica Systems Limited and Antler, respectively.
