Stephen Ng is a Senior Consultant at Wavestone, specializing in management consulting with expertise in both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies. With extensive experience across various industries including Retail, F&B, and Hospitality, Stephen has successfully launched a new loyalty app and revamped Retail Management Systems for notable clients in the Hong Kong and APAC regions. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions at Deloitte Digital and Hutchison Travel Limited, where they focused on system implementation and project management, leading teams through complex projects. Stephen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, graduating with First Class Honours.
