Thorsten Schrader

Thorsten Schrader is a Partner and Sector Lead for Insurance International at Wavestone, where they have market responsibility for sales and project activities within international insurance clients. With over a decade of experience advising financial services firms, Thorsten previously held roles as Associate Partner and Partner at Q_PERIOR, focusing on insurance technology and system renewals. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Accenture from 2010 to 2015, and began their career as a student consultant at Company Consulting Team. Thorsten earned a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Freie Universität Berlin and most recently completed a Masterclass in Insurance Management at HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration.
