Arshad Alam

Arshad Alam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Arshad began their career in 2000 as a Web Designer and Web Host Manager at Intrasync Pvt. Limited, where they worked until 2004. Arshad then joined Global Solutions as a Senior Web Designer and Team Leader, working with .NET and Microsoft Visual Basic. Net/Dreamweaver. In 2006, Arshad joined Wavetec as a Creative Design Manager, where they collaborated with sales heads for various regions, gathering project requirements and creating wireframes and prototypes. Arshad also designed graphics templates for email marketing and social media campaigns. Later, they served as the Senior Manager Digital Design & Marketing Coordinator at Wavetec, where they managed the global marketing portal and coordinated with sales heads for content translation. Currently, Arshad holds the position of Head of Training & Special Projects at Wavetec, focusing on identifying and addressing training needs, developing training plans, and executing a comprehensive training strategy.

Arshad Alam's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Karachi University from 2004 to 2006. In 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Two Years Diploma in Computer Science from Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE). Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Web Development in the field of Information Technology/Web from the Trade Testing Board - Government of Sindh from 2000 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Arshad Alam has acquired various certifications. In May 2022, they became Digital Marketing Certified from HubSpot Academy. Arshad also obtained certifications in Frictionless Sales, Sales Management, Inbound Sales, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in August 2020 and January 2020. Furthermore, they achieved the Microsoft Certified Programming in HTML5, Javascript, and CSS3 certification from Microsoft Online in February 2013.
