Huma Yahya Khattak is the Chief Executive Officer of EV Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (ELFA) and serves as the VP of Customer Experience at Wavetec. Previously, Huma held various roles including Head of Customer Experience at K-Electric, Business Consultant at Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa, and Specialist in Value Added Services at Mobilink. Huma founded kuli jumé, a designer label focused on empowering under-privileged artisans in Pakistan, and has extensive experience in customer experience strategy across several telecommunications companies. Huma earned a Post Graduate with Merit in Business Administration from London Metropolitan University.
