Nidal Faruq

Nidal Faruq is a seasoned business development and operations professional with significant experience in strategic planning and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Wavetec since April 2023, Nidal focuses on identifying new business opportunities in the Middle Eastern market and implementing effective sales strategies. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Vendi from March 2021 to March 2023, Nidal developed successful business strategies leading to remarkable growth and oversaw operations across multiple cities. Prior roles include Manager of Business Strategy & Product at Bank Alfalah Limited, where Nidal drove the business strategy for the Digital Payments unit, and earlier positions at Vendi and other organizations, contributing to sales, marketing, and operational efficiency. Nidal holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, completed in 2014.
