Salman Agha has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Salman started their career at Creative Chaos in 2010 as a QA and Support Engineer. Later in the same year, they joined Wavetec as an International Customer Support Engineer. In 2011, they were promoted to the role of Assistant Project Manager at Wavetec and also became the Head of Customer Support, a position they held until 2015. From 2016 to 2022, Salman served as the Head of Global Customer Support at Wavetec. Recently, they have taken on a new role as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Wavetec. Prior to their time at Wavetec, Salman worked at Jazz as a BSS Engineer from 2009 to 2010. Overall, Salman has demonstrated their expertise in customer support, project management, engineering, and business development throughout their career.

Salman Agha completed their education in a chronological order, beginning with their pre-engineering studies at Bahria College Islamabad from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their SSC degree. Salman then pursued higher studies at the same institution, completing their HSSC degree in pre-engineering from 2001 to 2003. Finally, Salman attended the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
