Silas Poel has extensive work experience in a variety of roles. From 2002 to 2006, they were a Tax Accountant at Sozietät Lemme, Welp & Kollegen. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Tax Accountant at R-F-W-B GmbH. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Certified Management Accountant at Conti Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. From 2010 to 2013, they were an Investment Manager at mic AG. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Consultant at Fugger Equity Partners GmbH and AlpView Capital Partners GmbH (investment and family office). From 2014 to 2015, they were a Consultant at a Venture Capital Fund. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Partner at dyan S.á r.l. Finally, from 2016 to the present, they have held the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Board Member, and Chief Operating Officer at WaveTech Group Inc.

Silas Poel holds a Bachelor Professional (CCI) of Accounting, is a Certified IFRS Accountant, and attended Fachschule für Wirtschaft Osnabrück.
