Nerys Hamilton

Nerys Hamilton has over 16 years of experience in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), International Development, and Translation. Starting their career in linguistics, Nerys worked as a multi-lingual FDI analyst at OCO Global Ltd and Financial Times Ltd, focusing on Spanish and French-speaking markets. In 2010, Nerys co-founded IncentivesMonitor, which was later fully acquired by WAVTEQ, where they managed a suite of FDI technology products until March 2023. Currently, Nerys serves as the Head of Research for the fDi Intelligence division within the Financial Times, utilizing their extensive knowledge in FDI strategy and consulting across various global markets. Nerys holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic and French Studies from Queen's University Belfast and a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting from the Institute of Linguists.
