Fredrik Ampler

Fredrik Ampler has extensive work experience in UX design and management roles. Fredrik is the co-founder, product owner, and UX designer of Wavy AB, where they have been involved in concept design, prototyping, and validation for a hairdressing booking service. Prior to that, Fredrik worked as an Experience Design Manager at Svenska Spel, where they were responsible for all UX work and managed a team of six. Fredrik also worked as a User Experience Manager at Antrop, where they provided UX design services to various clients including Röda Korset, Riksidrottsförbundet, and Arbetsförmedlingen. Fredrik's experience also includes working as an Interaction Designer & Design Manager at Eniro and ABB, where they designed user interfaces and web programming. Fredrik was also a Design Manager at Linq, where they built a UX team and designed an Enterprise Portal. Additionally, Fredrik worked as a Product Design Lead at Microsoft Corporation, overseeing all user interface design for BackOffice Server 2000 and Small Business Server 2000. Fredrik also has experience in thesis work at Telia Research. Fredrik's expertise spans from user research and prototyping to project management and team leadership.

Fredrik Ampler completed their Master's degree in Cognitive Science from Linköping University between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, they pursued studies in Systems Design and Graphic Design at the Institute of Design (ID) in 1996 and 1997.
