Bethany Ellis

Bethany Ellis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People Advisory & Associate Experience at Wawa, Inc. since March 2025, Bethany previously held multiple leadership roles at DuPont from August 2018 to March 2025, including Global Senior Director of Talent and Global Director of Talent Management & Development. At PepsiCo (2014-2018), Bethany led HR strategy for a large workforce across the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior experience at Lockheed Martin spans various positions focused on workforce planning, leadership development, and labor relations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
