Dave Hench

Dave Hench is currently the Assistant General Manager at Wawa, Inc., a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, they served as a Manager at Olive Garden from 2016 to 2018 and held various positions, including FOH Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings and Training Specialist at Red Robin. They have been involved in operational leadership and team training throughout their career. Dave is pursuing a BS in Biology at Virginia Tech.
