Dave Theis

Dave Theis serves as the Leader of Organizational Design & Talent Management at Wawa, Inc. since 2020, where responsibilities include developing organizational design and talent management strategies across the enterprise. Previously, Dave held the position of Vice President of Team Member Experience & Growth at Qurate Retail Group, focusing on enhancing team member experience and leading various Centers of Excellence. Prior to that, Dave was the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Management at Fannie Mae and a Manager in the Strategy Practice at Accenture, leading strategic projects for federal agencies. Early career experience includes working as an Eastern Field Organizer for AmeriCorps VISTA, addressing local hunger and homelessness issues. Education includes a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Penn State University, with additional study abroad at the University of Exeter.
