Jeb Bell

Jeb Bell is an accomplished professional in the fields of engineering and real estate development with over a decade of experience, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Engineering for Wawa, Inc., since December 2015. In this role, Jeb leads a team focused on all aspects of pre-construction site development across the Mid-Atlantic region, managing site identification, design, entitlements, permitting, and approvals for new store locations. Prior to this position, Jeb held various roles including Manager of Regional Real Estate and Real Estate Engineer at Wawa, as well as Estimating Manager at Urban Outfitters and Estimator at Nick Falcone and Sons. Jeb holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Special Focus on Construction Management from the University of Pittsburgh and has furthered professional development with certificates from Harvard Law School and Cornell University.
