Michael Owens

Michael Owens possesses a strong background in operational management and team development, currently serving as Training General Manager at Wawa, Inc. since March 2015, where significant profit increases were achieved through cost control measures and strategic staffing. Previously, as Co-Owner of GameDay, valuable experience was gained in business strategy, marketing, and community engagement. In earlier roles, such as Director of Auto Operations at SIMM Associates, Inc. and Director of Operations at MRS BPO, LLC, Michael was instrumental in improving departmental profitability and efficiency while managing personnel and operational processes. Michael holds a degree from Penn State University.
