Paul Mitchell is an experienced General Manager with a demonstrated track record in the restaurant and food service industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Wawa, Inc. since April 2015 and an inductee of the 2018 Presidents Club, Paul has previously held significant leadership roles at Panera Bread, Pollo Campero, Friendly's Ice Cream, Yum! Brands, Tacala, LLC, and Bruegger's Bagels. Paul has successfully managed new café openings, increased sales growth, and developed teams by employing coaching techniques.
