Young Hong

Young Hong is currently the Head of Digital, Engineering and Mobile at Wawa. Before that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at AWeber from April 2018 to August 2020. At AWeber, Young led a growing team of engineers to deliver the next generation of email marketing and automation solutions to businesses, entrepreneurs and creators worldwide.

Prior to their role at AWeber, Young was the Head of Webstore and Omni-channel Platforms at Radial Inc. from February 2015 to April 2018. In this role, they were accountable for delivering and operating webstore, mobile, and omni-channel platforms.

Before their time at Radial Inc., Young was the Head of Commerce Exchange at eBay Enterprise from November 2009 to February 2015. At eBay Enterprise, they led Retail Order Management/Omni-channel product technology teams that delivered differentiated SaaS product solutions. Product areas included: Distributed Order Management, Global Inventory Management, Information Management & Analytics, Customer Service, Fraud/Risk Management, and Financial & Operational Reporting.

Prior to their role at eBay Enterprise, Young was the M&A Workstream Lead at Probys from August 2009 to November 2009. Before that, they were a Manager at Deloitte Consulting from July 2007 to June 2009.

Young Hong's educational career would include attending the University of Pennsylvania.

Young Hong works with Kevin Wiggins - Chief Financial Officer, Michael Eckhardt - Chief Risk Officer, General Counsel & Secretary, and Kaustubh Jagtap - Head of Enterprise Architecture and Engineering. Young Hong reports to Chris Gheysens, CEO.
