Amro Selim

Amro Selim is a seasoned Content Manager and Media Consultant currently serving as the Content Manager at WAYA and as a doctoral researcher at Cairo University. They hold a master’s degree from Cairo University, focusing on national reconciliation strategies in Burundi, and have been recognized for their contributions to media and information literacy through their work with UNESCO. Amro is also a freelance artificial intelligence consultant and trainer in journalism, and has authored multiple research-driven works on peacebuilding and conflict transformation. Over the years, they have held various roles including reporter for Wamda and manager at Elmoustkbal for media and strategic studies.
