Alan Ngo

Alan Ngo is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as the Regional Director of Fulfillment Operations, Global Training & Engagement, and Facilities Management at Wayfair. Previously, Alan held various significant roles at Amazon, including launching a state-of-the-art fulfillment center and managing large teams to achieve operational excellence. Alan's early career included management positions at Target and The TJX Companies, where they developed strong communication and leadership skills. Alan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
