Cathy Peterman

Cathy Peterman currently serves as the Chief People Officer for Tech, Product & Design at Wayfair since February 2022, where leadership of the people strategy in technology and product design sectors is a primary responsibility. Previously, Cathy held multiple HR executive roles at Amazon from September 2018 to February 2022, overseeing the end-to-end people strategy for various divisions, including Advertising Products & Technology and physical stores such as Amazon Go and Amazon Books. Earlier experiences include serving as Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development at QVC and various HR positions at Gap International and Target. Cathy holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Villanova University.
