Conor O'Shea is a seasoned recruiting professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Wayfair since June 2019, Conor has progressed through various recruitment roles within the company. Previous experience includes a Ticket Sales and Service Intern position at UMass Athletics, where Conor successfully generated over $700 in revenue through effective cold calling. Conor also interned at TRACS, contributing to event management and public outreach efforts for initiatives in both Orlando, FL and Berlin, Germany, and took on diverse roles ranging from volunteer coordination at Supercuts Soccerfest to ballpark operations for the Valley Blue Sox. An alumnus of the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a B.S. in Sport Management, Conor has also studied abroad at Trinity College Dublin.
