David Desandre

David DeSandre is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial strategy and leadership, presently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Wayfair Professional since 2017. In this role, David leads the global commercial strategy encompassing vertical strategies, Category Management, Marketing, Brand, and Promotions. Previous positions at Wayfair include Director of Europe, where oversight was provided for the UK buildout, and Head of Category Management, focusing on strategies for multiple B2B customer industries. Prior to Wayfair, David was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group in the Private Equity sector and held various roles in trading and institutional sales at firms including Newedge and Goldman Sachs. David holds dual MBA and Master of Engineering Management degrees from Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
