David Marchand

David Marchand is the Global Head of Castlegate Forwarding Sales & Service, bringing extensive experience in leadership and operations from previous roles at McKinsey & Company and Caterpillar Inc. As an Associate Partner at McKinsey, they led teams to implement sustainable strategies across various industries, including aerospace and e-commerce. They also served as a director at Wayfair, where they managed operations performance and partner operations. David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
