Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson is currently the Director at Wayfair, leading a team of 60 operational leaders and program managers to enhance post-order customer experiences across North America, the UK, and Ireland. They have previously held multiple roles at Wayfair, including Associate Director of Transportation Network Design & Strategic Projects and Senior Manager of Parcel Carrier Strategy. Erik's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior U.S. Economist at IHS Global Insight and an Analytics Intern at DraftKings, Inc. They hold a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and are pursuing a B.A. at Colby College and studies at Stockholms universitet.
