Heather Boshers, MBA HRM, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, demonstrating a career that spans various roles and industries. Beginning as a summer intern at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Heather advanced to positions at prominent companies including Wayfair as HR Business Partner and The Advisory Board Company, where various managerial roles were held.
