Ilya Boytsov

Ilya Boytsov is an AI Research Engineer and co-lead at Oxford LLMs, currently residing in Berlin. Ilya has extensive experience in machine learning and natural language processing, having worked as a ML TechLead at Yandex, where they implemented machine learning pipelines and contributed to educational initiatives. Currently, Ilya serves as the NLP Lead at Wayfair, focusing on large-scale applications of LLMs, and as an AI Consultant at the University of Oxford, promoting responsible use of AI in social science research. In addition to their technical roles, Ilya co-founded the Street Smart AI Berlin meetup, facilitating discussions on applied AI in industry.
