John Hailer

John Hailer is currently the Director of Operations at Wayfair, a role they began in 2023. They have held multiple positions within Wayfair, including Head of Middle Mile Operations and Senior Operations Manager. Previously, John worked at C.H. Robinson as a Sales Manager and held various roles, including Transportation Supervisor and Buyer. Additionally, John served as the LTL National Sales Manager at Trinity Logistics. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Winona State University, graduating in 2007.
