Michael Hallion is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in technology transformation and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Associate Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Technology at Wayfair since December 2015, Michael oversees multifaceted supply chain capabilities and influences cross-functional teams to execute long-term strategies. Prior roles at Wayfair include leadership positions in Fulfillment Technology and Automation, where Michael managed global product lines and drove strategic narratives. Michael's earlier experience includes roles at PepsiCo as a Supply Chain Leader and at Metropolitan Cabinets & Countertops as an Operational Systems Implementation specialist. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from the University of Rhode Island.
