Mitch Doering is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, corporate strategy, and marketing. Currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources for Technology at Wayfair since July 2021, Doering leads a team focused on strategic initiatives that impact over 3,000 employees, emphasizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational design. Prior to Wayfair, Doering held roles at Amazon, contributing as Sr. Manager of Corporate Strategy & Competitive Benchmarking, and leading significant projects in competitive analysis and product management. Experience at PwC, DAYTA Marketing, General Mills, Target, and other organizations showcases a diverse skill set in strategy development, market analysis, and project management. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing, Doering brings strong analytical and strategic capabilities to each role.
