Nancy Ma is currently a Talent Acquisition Manager for Asia at Wayfair, where they lead efforts to enhance hiring processes and candidate experiences. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead at PayPal from 2018 to 2021, where they focused on building relationships with candidates and managing hiring logistics. Earlier in their career, Nancy worked as an HR Assistant at Bosch, responsible for managing intern hiring and collaborating with recruiters. They are also pursuing a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics at Tongji University.
