Sascha Hower

Sascha serves as Head of Operations in Europe, overseeing Wayfair’s European Operations and Supply Chain function. Sascha has led a number of key initiatives including rolling out Wayfair’s fulfillment centres and setting up our cross-European transportation and delivery network in Europe. Before joining Wayfair, Sascha was a partner at leading consultancy McKinsey. He also previously was the COO at Singapore Post Group and CEO of Quantium Solutions, SingPost's international eCommerce logistics arm. Sascha has a PhD in Corporate Finance and Taxation from the University of Bayreuth.
