Saurav Kar is a Lead Product Manager with over a decade of experience in omnichannel retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and fintech. Currently, Saurav leads the Partner Support Experience at Wayfair, ensuring seamless post-purchase resolutions for suppliers and carriers. Previously, Saurav has made significant impacts at Lowe’s by launching a hyperlocal delivery network and enhancing fulfillment strategies. Saurav's earlier roles at Oracle, Synechron, and Accenture involved driving product innovations and leading complex implementations across various sectors. Saurav holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, alongside degrees in Computer Science and Higher Secondary Science.
