Stephanie Rees has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles across various organizations. As an Office Secretary at BYU Department of Economics, Stephanie supported 25 professors to enhance departmental efficiency. At BYU Intramural Activities, proficiency in policies enabled effective service to over 16,000 participants annually. Currently, as a Customer Advocate at Wayfair, Stephanie applies skills in customer service, coupled with a previous role as an Account Manager at Blendtec overseeing Costco accounts. Additional experience includes serving as an Office Assistant at National Carriers, Inc., where creative project management and secretarial tasks were performed, and as a Program Coordinator for Especially For Youth, managing logistics for multiple sessions across states. Education was attained at Brigham Young University.
