Tim Schmidt is an accomplished professional with nearly two decades of experience in supply chain and logistics. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Operations at Wayfair, Tim oversees fulfillment operations across multiple sites, focusing on international cross dock and home delivery. Previously, Tim held key positions as Director of Global Fulfillment & Transportation at Away and as Director at DHL Supply Chain, where responsibilities included operations, engineering, and business development. Tim is also pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on management and operations at The Ohio State University.
